Does it work alongside our current shipping carrier?

Yes. Loopkit generates labels using your existing carrier accounts or can provision new ones. It integrates with all major US and international carriers.

Will it conflict with our Shopify apps (3PL, inventory, accounting)?

Loopkit reads and writes inventory through Shopify's native inventory API, so it's compatible with any app that does the same. We've tested against the most common 3PLs and ERPs.

Can I migrate our existing open returns?

Yes. We can import open RMAs from a CSV or directly from Shopify's returns data. In-progress returns are migrated before your portal goes live.

What happens after the design partner period ends?
